1. Order the Package for the type of property you are listing
2. Receive Welcome Email with Listing Instructions
3. Receive Docs – these will come from DOTLOOP (please check spam or bulk folder as they can go there the first time).
4. Complete Documents and return
5. Send Photos (you can use the Quick Links Page to send photos)
6. Go Live
Listing Process Details
1. Order the Package for the type of property you are listing
Experience the beauty of the Pacific Ocean from every room in this modern home. Floor-to-ceiling windows and an expansive deck offer unobstructed views of the ocean and coastline.
2. Receive Welcome Email with Listing Instructions
You will receive a detailed LISTING INSTRUCTIONS WELCOME EMAIL. This will help you start your listing and contain much of the information on this website. It will help guide you through the process.
3. Receive Docs – these will come from DOTLOOP
Docs will come from a DOTLOOP email account with all the documents you will need to complete ONLINE. This is best on a laptop, desktop, or tablet. The use of phones is possible, but a smaller screen means slower completion time.
Please check your bulk or spam folder if you do not see the email with documents. Please use the CONTACT US PAGE if you did not receive the documents or call 888-227-1009.
4. Complete Documents and return
Please complete the docs as complete as possible. Many of the documents will have REQUIRED FIELDS so that we can make sure we put in the required information into the Multiple Listing Service.
When you complete the documents DO NOT BE TEMPTED by clicking OTHER OR NONE. Other needs to be explained in the description of checked or it could cause removal of listing or a FINE.
5. Send Photos
Send photos in JPEG format. You can use the LISTING QUICK LINKS page and click on UPLOAD PHOTOS.
6. Go Live
Once your listing is live you will receive a PDF copy of your listing, along with information on how to maintain your listing including price updates and changes. Please review and let us know of any changes. You can use the LISTING QUICK LINKS page and click on UPDATE LISTING.
