Builder MLS Only Facts
Do I have to do the same docs over and over with same models?
No..we create templates for the models and all you would need to do for each new listing is a new Listing Agreement.
Does the house need to be finished when I list?
No..you just have to provide a completion date as part of the NEW CONSTRUCTION listing.
Can I sell the land and then work with the buyer on house plan?
Yes..we would just make it clear that the price is JUST FOR LAND. You can then place in the description that they can also use your building company as the builder of the new house.
Can I list one house and use it to sell others in same complex?
No..the MLS listings are for 1 property. Each property will require its own listing to make sure data is handled properly within the MLS and avoid fines.
