MLS Only Facts FAQ

For listings we list for you directly, the following is included:

• 6 Month listing (you can purchase 12 months if desired).
• MLS Listing in a specified MLS (a single MLS) .
• Unlimited Photos (based on the max number of the specific MLS - each are different)
• Voice Pad/Call Forwarding 
• ShowingTime/ShowingAgent/BrokerBay where available.

Reviews for this type of service vary. Most are unreliable as if you see a company with a 5 Star google rating this is PAID FOR and those with lower ratings may not be actually be bad service providers - just have agents who dislike the service, competition, and other false reviews placed on their google or other account. We do 6000 to 8000 listings per year and this takes away al ot of business from agents who like to leave reviews. 

• Each state is different with document requirements.
• Typical documents you will complete are: Listing Agreement, Property Information Sheet, Disclosures if Required, and Primary Contact.
• Land without an address will require you to complete GPS Coordinates. 

• Once docs and photos are returned to us, we always tell clients 24-48 hours, but it is typically same day or early the following. 
• We do have some people who work the weekends. When we receive listing items – we cannot guarantee when it will go live on weekend. It will vary. 

• The MLS will feed to thousands of 3rd party sites – Zillow, Realtor, Redfin and many other familiar ones - Business, Commercial and Industrial listings do not feed to all these sites. 

• Your phone number is located in the MLS listing. 
• Your number is connected to “CALL FORWARDING” if you purchase directly with us. 
• Showing Service if you purchased directly with us and available on that MLS system. 

These are showing services that can help you schedule showings on your listings using text, phone, email. These services are not available in some MLS systems. 

Capture more direct calls from 3rd party sites. The 3rd party sites will have our 888-227-1009 and this number will help callers get redirected to you.

Yes we list rental properties. The listing process is about the same as residential with just a few unique fields to let the agent or renter know specific RENTAL information. Please note - where the rental will feed is different than a FOR SALE PROPERTY.
